Return Policy
IF SOMETHING DOES NOT WORK:
- Returns will be accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date.
- Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please email lorelaijewels@gmail.com before mailing a return.
ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:
- Any item that is purchased with a discount code.
- Any item that is described on our website and/or social media as a "sale piece."
- Please email lorelaijewels@gmail.com before mailing a return for authorization.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:
- Before mailing a package out, our team checks each piece to make sure that it will meet the customer's standards. We know that mistakes and accidents happen, though so should your item arrive damaged, we will do our best to either A) have it quickly and carefully repaired or B) send a new piece out. Please email lorelaijewels@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery if this is the case.
